At Popzoid, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return policy carefully before placing your order.


🔁 7-Day Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • All original packaging must be intact

  • You must provide proof of purchase (Order ID / receipt)

Returns requested after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.


📩 How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at:

Include:

  • Your Order ID

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Reason for return

For faster resolution, we recommend recording an unboxing video when receiving your order.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


🚚 Return Shipping

  • If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • For all other return reasons (change of mind, wrong size ordered, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.


❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personal care products

  • Used or worn items

  • Products damaged due to misuse

  • Sale items (Final Sale)

  • Gift cards


🔄 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please return the original product (if eligible), and place a new order once your return is approved.


💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method

  • Refunds are typically completed within 7–10 business days

Please note:
Banks and payment gateways may take additional time to process refunds.

📦 Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos or an unboxing video

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


⚖ Important Notes (India Specific)

  • Orders refused at delivery (COD refusal) may not be eligible for re-shipping.

  • We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet our policy conditions.

  • Popzoid reserves the right to update this policy at any time.
