🔁 7-Day Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original condition

All original packaging must be intact

You must provide proof of purchase (Order ID / receipt)
Returns requested after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.

For faster resolution, we recommend recording an unboxing video when receiving your order.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
🚚 Return Shipping

If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost.

For all other return reasons (change of mind, wrong size ordered, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.

📦 Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
